This is QUITE thorough. Thank you for working these great questions to the company. Every question and answer was key for me to know personally. Thanks again for sharing the email.

AMMX is looking quite good here. I can see why there would be a few million on the bid under .004. And see this picking up well after the holiday. Currently undervalued imo, audited fins will tell.

I don't want to say you are a plagiarist or anything but it sure looks like a copy and paste job of my post #34522....same questions in the same order with the same answers......

Here is the email exchange between myself and Marty that I promised I would share:
Dear Marty,

We are all excited to hear the news of the new business relationship with OSHKOSH and we commend the AMMX team for bringing in this new and potentially very profitable business. We do have a few questions though and were wondering if you could answer them.

1)What is the relationship, is it a formal partnership or is AMMX a licensed dealership for OSHKOSH?
AmeraMex International, Inc. will operate in Nigeria as a factory representative direct and any contacts that come in to the factory will be passed on to us here to handle. We are the sole representation for Oshkosh in Nigeria.

2) What will the ground game look like in Nigeria, i.e. will AMMX acquire and maintain a showroom or does AMMX have an existing association with a business already in Nigeria that will be utilized?

AmeraMex is established in Nigeria in both Abuja and Lagos with representation on the ground. We will not be starting out with any inventory due to the risks involved in sending equipment to West African region that is not sold or at least committed to.

3) Will there be an inventory of Oshkosh vehicles on display for potential customers to see and try in Nigeria?

Inventory is not really needed. The buyers in that region know very well what we have through Oshkosh available for them.

4) Were any shares of stock exchanged in the relationship with Oshkosh?

There were no shares of stock exchanged with Oskkosh.

5) Is there a target date for operations to commence in Nigeria, in other words when will the location in Nigeria be open for business?

AmeraMex has been promoting the sale of Oshkosh vehicles for several months and were waiting for the legal department at Oshkosh to approve our first news release.

6) Will Ammx be hiring people in Nigeria to support operations there?

We already have local representation on Nigeria - both in Abuja, and Lagos.

Thank you for your time and any information you can provide.
