Only good things that will come out of this is if all the paperwork required for the land deal is done and move to negotiation phase.
From an email of Warren and Stan, he said he didn't get credits for things he does and that he is pissed off with shareholders because of he only got negative comments with no praise for the hard work. Maybe he filed today to get rid of the shareholders and take control of most shares before good news hit. But again, at this point I am thinking that Warren wants the stock deads because he has been shorting it (my opinion only).
