So as long as they pay JNS with cash instead of shares we should be good.

I agree! The split was pretty predictable considering they are more than likely going to HAVE to come up with the cash to satisfy the terms of the settlement.

However, might it not again slow down the timing of the actualization settlement...to give them time to sell the shares?
