They sure did, and it said the company is flat broke with 0 revenue. Also said that all ATM's were taken out of service in February 2017.

They said they were going to post financials on their site.. they did..

I had never been looking for the financials under their website's investors relations tab till last Friday. Are you saying that the one ending 3/31/17 wasn't there till last Friday? Are you saying that is new? Shouldn't we expect something for period ending 6/30/17?

Yet the story distributed here was CNXS would post financials on OTCM bringing them up to date for 2 years AND get current status by Friday, June 30.

Fact is that did NOT occur.
