The interest payments alone on the $700,000 will flatline the stock.

$84,000 @ $0.0001 = 840M shares per year.

That's assuming the stock holds above $0.0001, because you can be sure whomever is selling the convertible debt on the interest will be selling into the Bid and it will be issued as floating rate convertible.

The best thing Auctus can do for themselves is demand a cash settlement, secured by a court against the company's productive assets, and also the personal assets of the management. Then sell shares into the Bid until there's No Bid.
