"Current" with OTCMarkets is absolutely meaningless. OTCMarkets is not a regulator - they are a paid PR company. They will call any company "current" as long as they submit something (even handwritten accounts on the back of a cookie recipe - yes, that really happened) AND their check doesn't bounce!

And since the vast majority of what these non-SEC registrants pay to have posted on the OTCMarkets website is bogus, if not outright fraudulent, you might actually be better off buying shares in companies with NO disclosure than so-called "current" disclosure. Which is better - no disclosure or intentionally fraudulent disclosure? Silence is always better than lies.
