The Posting suggested the offering would be at a dollar and that is just a little below the current price. To me, even though it means more shares, the investors who would buy at 1 dollar would not want to sell below a dollar of course. They would hold their shares for higher prices. Normally these companies price offerings way below their stocks current prices to attract enough investors. CHFS must be confident enough in their forecast of higher prices for their stock that a price of a dollar will still attract enough investors. That is why I suggested the offering would give us some support at a dollar because the new holders would be hesitant to sell below that price.
