TOPS hit another New low $0.32 today! Another new low $0.20 will soon be created before another big R/S. I'm just wondering why Nasdaq allow this type of pos scam exist to rob all the investors?

TOPS is an Huge Diluting machine to suck all the innocent investor's money everyday then feed those greedy management and CD holders! However if you catch the right timing then you can definitely make some easy and quick gain without any waiting efforts. The key is: one needs to act fast for both buy and sell.
