You have the wrong company. This is not SirenGPS. This is a company called Good Gaming, Inc.

David Dorwart has nothing to do with that company and the people who ran that company do not run GMER.

You are also wrong that any Officer, Director, Affiliate or Control person can sell stock in the open market without first disclosing their position through a 13G filing and then filing a Form 4 Intent to sell through their broker dealer. It's not a choice. The compliance dept.'s of the broker/dealer, clearing firm and transfer agent mandate the filings with the SEC because they take on liabilities if the proper filings are not in place before a sell order is put in.

This is SEC 101.....

This was part of the arrangement when SirenGPS was brought into the shell. It's was the previous entity's debt being settled, that was part of the arrangement, of the when SirenGPS bought the shell.
