While the manufacturing constraint will certainly be true on the desktop, I do not believe it is a factor for server chips or workstations.

Agreed. AMD could take 100% server market share with Opteron and still have capacity for some desktop chips. 100% of server market is 1M chips per quarter.

It is not realistic to expect that AMD will take 100% of server market. Even 20% in next quarter or 2 is still extremely optimistic (without suppor of HP and Dell).
