concerned PTEL is de-listing and the rescission agreement isn't complete...

I still have -1,000,000 DUTV -7,000 PTEL in my account and my SREH Divvy's went Poof in my account they built the MMX app... PTEL said they assumed all assets and liabilities involving MMX.

If 14.7 Billion Encounter development R/s'd to 14.7 Million and 20.135 PTEL merged you'd have 34.835 Million or so.

34.835 Million + 34.068 Million = 68.903 Million + lets say 2 Million SREH now ABVG divvy's = 70.903 million + 50 Million SEC filed ENTI = 120.903 - 20.3 PTEL That are de-listing you get 100.603. Then maybe 100.603 Million - 240 shorts maybe you get 100.363 Million pretty close to 99.9 million PTEL A/S. Maybe a few little tweaks. Then there is that Nasdaq ready at 20.4 Million that does video adverting and 20.3 Million PTEL. I was kind of pumped when I seen https://vizads.in/ .
