Like I told everyone yesterday that the filings are incorrect. They are fake and lied. They have $0 to their name and debt in the millions of dollars.
Yes you can file fake 10k and 8ks hoping to get away with it. Ha ha this one got caught. Great for the shareholders that SEC is protecting them. This is pinky land. This one will only trade on grey if ever again. Remember the SEC doesn't have to let this trade ever again. Seen it many times before.
