Aquifers are a normal part of many underground mines. People are making way to big a deal here. The plan is sound and should not be of concern. Sure, there is a cost, but from a mining perspective, just a part of normal business.
If you worry too much you will lose your hair. My understanding is, the seepage of 10 thousand gallons per minute of water that is spoken of decreases as the depth and age of the mine increases. As you can see in the scale on the map you provided the closest point of the aquifer to read area around Elk Creekis is not very deep at all.

I was wondering how long you have been following niocorp and if you feel uncomfortable investing in the project because of the water - my advice is water is a non issue
