Man one has to hope there is something better this time than another yearly Reverse Split. These guys go thru shares like there's no tomorrow. One just has to hope this time is different? All the conversions this time will pay off from the monies borrowed? Did they finally break through with enough revenue from contracts to make a 6 billion OS irrelevant? Share buy back and reduction in OS / AS? My biggest concern now is usually a company needs to be current in their financials for any reputable partner to get involved. There's no middle ground here. This is either going to play out very well or complete loss. Place your bets. And people clearly have.
