Look at ticker PKGM. It's connected as well. It's going through huge dilution and 50bil share were added to the A/S. That dilution is the money to pay for High Times and part of the Migme acquisition through Pixel Holdings/SPCL.
Why PKGM... Because the acquisitions they have picked up has a big play in this puzzle picture. Was even a mention of PKGM shares in SPCL documents. It will be put in the pixel holdings umbrella and the shareholders will be rewarded for holding through the dilution to grow their business model. They don't have to but in my opinion they want not what's best for their company as manager but they will reward the longs that got them where they saw this all going in s vision between these capitalist.
