Why do they not show the restricted and unrestricted share count?

Is OTC markets the only true and correct source for SS information?

What does the yield sign mean on OTC markets DOLV home page? It's scary!lol.

What is the accurate share structure here?

Should I do some simple DD to find out the answer to these questions or should I simply take the incomplete numbers from OTC as fact?
