$90 and change including 2 rolls of Teflon tape since you can never have enough. We live in a small development and the neighbors usually send me an email whenever they have an issue with plumbing.
Delta actually changed the design on the hold down bolts to make it even easier to replace.
My wife actually noticed it was dripping but she didn't want to bother me this weekend. ;-)
