Why would Sheba post OWCP's research information on their website?

There is a collaboration agreement between these two organizations. That's not even questionable.

If you really want to learn more about this research program pay $50 to Addis Insight to learn about the details. Here is a link for you, and it is not from OWCP 8k's or PRs. It is from a reputable scientific record database!

Is that the question? Even with a one year head start only $Billions easy. Thorough on the IP protection is very important at this stage.
