I think it's being manipulated to a precise channel uptrend according to the chart. The support and resistance lines are almost perfect and the rsi never drops below 44 since Parsons came aboard. BB volatility expands massively during the pops then eventually contracts to previous levels. Swift and steady rise. Then again it could be a coincidence, lol.
