EVI 27.00 - Using rough numbers and applying only a Price/Sales metric it looks like prior to both acquisitions EVI was previously trading at approx. Price/Sales ratio of 1. Each of the 2 recent acquisitions was purchased at approx. Price/Sales ratio of .3 and now the company trades at approx. Price/Sales ratio of 3.

The math does not add up!
