In no chartist, I sit on the fence whether a chart makes any difference in a penny stock. In saying that I know guys who seem to have a 6th sense and do seem to call reversals and when to bail.
I want to see it hold a test a penny as it appears the moving average has dipped to that level. I will add but plan to spread out risks.
