The stock could have traded higher if it had been allowed to trade freely. Instead it was propped up, and promotions run to dump more shares.

Good luck with that because other people were saying the same thing when the PPS was .12 and continued to drop every other month ....and look at it now. In my opinion this is not safe while the current CEO is in place.
