Louis North founded the company in 2013 and has served as President since. He is also a
Managing Member of Charlie Graingers. Mr. North started working in the industry at the age of
12 and previously owned Louie’s Hot Dogs from 1989-1997 prior to selling the business.

Jason Nista, Member, Chief Executive Officer
Jason Nista has been our Chief Executive Officer since March 6, 2015. He is also a Managing
Member of Charlie Graingers. Previously, Mr. Nista served as Chief Operating Officer and
Director of Franchise Operations for The Fuzzy Peach LLC and The Fuzzy Peach Franchising
LLC.

Gregory George, Member, VP Business Development
Gregory George has been our VP of Business Development since March 6, 2015. He is also a
Managing Member of Charlie Graingers. Previously, Mr. George served as Director of Franchise
Sales for The Fuzzy Peach Franchising LLC and Director of US and International Franchising
for The Shuckin Shack LLC.
