Correct. Happy you have done your due diligence. You can see see the progress they are making between the real world case studies with some very large companies as well as on-going testing with others. If you have questions, go to the website or speak to the company.
That is why I look beyond any individual dispute that may be encountered. All businesses have growing pains, but the best are ones that continue to be in business and go forward.
