BO Price? That is a good question for which I have absolutely no idea. However, the way I am looking at this 400M shares outstanding sold at a buyout offer of 1B would equal 2.50 per share. From that I look at a low end offer of 400m or 1.00 per share. Would SH agree to sell out for 1.00? Probably. The company has REAL assets in a working CHEMOSTAT in Europe soon to be in the US...so what is the market and value? Certainly NOT 80M which is the present market cap!
