PGPM may get the same type of outcome. The fact the board got Pinedo to resign, new accountant retained, should show the SEC management is trying to be transparent.

It came back to unsolicited quotes only. And was 1 in a thousand that managed to do so...likely because they are a current SEC filer and kept filing while on the grey market.

PGPM is toast.
