With the notice of late filing it said the "anticipated" date was july 14th, BUT, they have up to an additional 15 calendar days because it is the annual report.
Im guessing we will see a rise in PPS until the 14th, then a dip for those who dump because it wasn't out on the 14th exactly. Im hoping it creates a nice extra buying opportunity.
