If you're paid in shares, you can't really say "no salaries were paid". But that's a semantic argument that folks can interpret/spin however they see fit. Bigger picture, thanks for confirming that Neary did not purchase those shares.

Damn, that's some heavy compensation... $5M in stock since 2015. I'm calling BS on that one.

That was probably his compensation since 2015. When the price is listed on the Form 4, he probably paid for it.
