There is no reason to buy today or anytime soon. There is greater chance of risk right now. The price will not rise until there is news. No reason to buy without news unless you like to gamble. The odds are since there hasn't been a deal in 6 months with F50 and things are not going according to plan that there won't be a deal (at least until the court case is decided which could take months or few more weeks at minimum.) That's just the odds. If you like high risk high reward by all means buy now but to me the risk is definitely not worth it.
If you are a gambler I would say buy when they get closer to a resolution to the court case.
I put up money yesterday. I have far exceeded my limit on buying a stock but I saw something yesterday from Jamie and a private friend that helped push me over the edge as I have been considering buying in with more money. LOL I know you saw it all especially Jamie's because I gave you an honorable mention. She is a good sport about it lol and I am glad because the DD she provides is amazing and I would not want it to stop coming.
So yesterday it APPEARS that a a motion was filed by the "MOVANT".

The MOVANT is CLEARLY MORGAN and his counsel since Dr Jon and Co did NOT file the original claim. So the MOVANT apparently is filing for a CHANGE OF COUNSEL!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA! How funny is this??? WOW! I cannot wait for an update on this one. It is funny on one hand and criminal on the other in that this whole lawsuit thing is a big NOTHING and causing a little delay in time for TTCM. I am not worried about the delay. If anything, just like ANY LIE, it has given guys like me a chance to buy in at this level again and again. So on that note, thanks Mr. Morgan, you are crookeder than a dogs hind leg.
I am going to assume that the motion is filed by Morgans ATTORNEY in order to back out of the case, as Jamie proffered, BECAUSE MORGAN IS A CRIMINAL AND THE ATTORNEY WANTS NOTHING TO DO WITH MORGAN.
So I called my Sister, a defense attorney of over 30 years and asked about this. Without looking she agreed with Jamie. The attorney most likely is trying to get as far away from Morgan as possible.
Well, SMART MONEY is holding this position. I am as sure of this as I have ever been. SMART MONEY is going to win as usual. I now declare that buyers at this level and ALSO holders ARE SMART MONEY.
