Yes there is a lot of shady, filthy, invisible dilution going on. The OS is not increasing because then it would be obvious. However, they do not properly report to us how many shares are restricted and unrestricted. That's where they swindle us.

When a company withholds information or does not update numbers, that's a red flag. It is never a clerical error or laziness, and TMPS is doing that quite a bit.

that being said, today is a great day to short the hell out of this stock. Don't get scared and cover, because this isn't going anywhere. Don't underestimate the bears' defense.
