it wouldn't surprise me if they blocked the new deal too, because of politics and favor towards walgreens competitors. The ftc might be in pocket with a competitor of walgreens this is America you know your either in or your out and walgreens rite aid is out with the ftc, and everyone thinks its about antitrust issues LOL what a joke.
