Or loan guy knows what's coming down the road,,,gives the loan and house is demolished to the ground while a new house is built worth 3x the value...other neighbors see that and begin to sell...new houses are built up.......how do u think hoods are turned into suburbs ????????? Happens everyday

Right now this is the worst house in the best neighborhood. Those are the ones you make the money on. The fact your at the open house shows you have some interest.

It would be the Intellectual Property in which a buyer would seek to acquire... In my opinion, it is quite obviously not their revenue stream or operational structure.

In your analogy you forget to mention that the "house in the hood" has land mineral rights and is sitting on very precious or consumable goods... This may not be the best analogy either; however, you get the idea. Suppose that we are talking about land rather than a "house in the hood" and suffice to say you are assimilating swampland to real estate in Dubai...

Unless the house has a pile of gold stored in the basement thats worth 5 times the cost of the house. Or to put it in terms of DCTH, FDA approval. Could be 10x if it wasn't for the massive debt. Giant companies that would want to buyout DCTH wouldn't need a loan anyways, so that's irrelevant.
