I think (I'm pretty sure) that Steve V had his hand in the till. I also think (guessing) that Dale Borland called him out on it and was then summarily terminated. It's going to be a little while before the finances here get straightened out, but it appears that shareholders will finally have representation in the company.
In case you haven't been able to tell, I really, really, dislike Steve, I think he's a shameless liar and was an incompetent, if not criminal, CEO. His misstatements on the progress of Clipstream in private emails, a few years ago, led my family to lose, literally, hundreds of thousands of dollars on DSNY. The loss hasn't been realized so there's hope, more now, thankfully.
