you're assuming they want the pps higher. maybe they've got friends at a few firms pushing it down with NSS while they hang back and pick off retail traders.

Nobody is stopping Sir Richard, Mr Wang & Company, or anyone else from buying a lot more shares. As the PPS has slid more than 50% in recent weeks, people still aren't buying enough shares. Since nobody is stopping anyone from buying, Sir Richard, Mr Wang and all the DOLV bulls just need to buy a lot more shares than they've been buying. And if they do, price goes up. Problem solved.
