PTEL that dealt with ENTI in the MMX deal had 19.9 Billion shares and a rescission agreement with ENTI. PTEL keep all assets and liabilities and sent MMX back. 2-3 days later I got -1,000,000 DUTV -7,000 PTEL in my activity log and DUTV scribed 168 million TORQ shares. ENTI got 15 Billion shares and Encounter Development came about from that. Hudson took over and they we got a group of company's. One was ONCO now ECGR. Hudson filed for a name change. The only name change I seen was on my ENTI restricted ( Payment in luo of 1.75 Million for Internet Yellow Pages) to Encounter Tech Inc. Hudson also filed 100Million shares with the SEC. 50 Million of those had some new filings 2 weeks ago. ENTI then Sold FilmRookie ( the model for YouTube)to EUOT for 500K. Don't know if they got the money or not EUTO keep Reel 2 Reel Which is on their quarterly which is listed as a asset. I have heard and it has been posted PTEL owns a 2.5 million note on EUOT. SREH now ABVG built the MMX app. They did a divvy payment then did a R/S shares converted to ABVG however my SREH now ABVG divvy's disappeared. Should have been from my account. Should have been 1.5-2 Million of them across many investors. I was issue PEG Inc divvy's during the ENTI/PTEL/MMX deal they did a R/S and merged with Encounter Restricted. Then PYHH should up under as Osceola Gold with 233.5 Million shares. PTEL has 240 Million SEC reported shorts. PTEL also spun off 3.510 Billion shares into Blue Bull Ventures B.V..

On the 9th PTEL is listed as filing for de-listing. Allowing 5 days for notification. You then have 10 days to file Form 25(?) Which would make the due day the 30 of this month. Rescission expressed ENTI and PTEL would reset. That has not happened yet.


PTEL now @ 20.2 million would then go to the grays. There is a Nasdaq ready @ 20.2 Million on the Grays that does Video ad streaming. One of the brainchild's of DUTV was Vizzads. Then this should up last week https://vizads.in/ . It's like it is in countdown mode when it 1st starts...

I think I have a mixed bag of nuts of 20 million shares...might take 8 days to figure out the exact parking and what I can keep and what goes at $2...


It won't be happening very quick with my volume and price restrictions...If ECGR is the parking lot..


Pretty sure those 6 million will go...price IDK...need at least $2...DUTV guys are said to have 12 million. They might be already spoken for...

some rhyme or reasoning tells me...

That 20.215 Million Ptel, 20.4 Million Nasdaq Ready, .135 ECGR and 19.25 Million F/S SREH now ABVG divvy's hook-up for 60 Million shares and 50 Million SEC registered ENTI join for 110 Million shares for Vizads. Then once at .50 you can file to relist on the NASDAQ. That then forces shorts to cover...in associated companies

of that 110 NASDAQ shares...10 Million are then pealed(spin-off) bought out during the merger process for FNB Pharmaceuticals...

MMJ needs a Bank...should be 50 Million ENTI equity investment in Ally Financial without taking a position. Then they need a Pharmaceutical Company for regulatory reasons, 10 Million Nasdaq to CWIR since it's on the ENTI board list with ONCO now ECGR.

Crazy a$$ guess on that, if you are saying 2 weeks or 9 days... Have 2.1 Million PTEL and 1.5% of the Nasdaq Ready ... Going be a damn busy month I guess...Dam PTEL Non Self Clearing shares...going to need $2 for them...

233.5 Million PYHH, 20.135 Million PTEL, 34.068 Million ENTI, 14.69 Million Encounter Development, 40.1 Million ECGR and 2 Million SREH now ABVG divvy's = 344.469 Million


344.469 Million - 240 Million PTEL Shorts = 104.469 Million

104.469 - 1.5 Million ENTI Divvy's = 102.993

102.993 - 3 Million MIA certs shares = 99.993 Million and a PTEL reset...
