Biggest Challenge in the scam talk MarkJ818, is that in the past 10 years, beginning with Zippi, Rositano and their Management have gone through multiple Shells and multiple Reverse splits.....leaving many many folks as bag holders, am not convinced at this writing that FDBL owns the technology behind the apps, based on the Private and Shell Company relationships likely owned by the same people.....I would suggest reading the 10K and the 10Q filings....
...I hope that Fan Pass is real and genuine, I hope that the 3 Million Debt deal is true, I hope that the Billions of shares noted in their filings that support the toxic debt, gets paid, I hope that the Bros do not RS current stakeholders....and on and on, but based on their OWN Filings and OWN History, I would not be surprised if this shell plan fizzles and a new one starts up, as debt CD holders want their money......or Fan Pass is a success......Based on History......well, time will tell.....
