I'm guessing the entire 5 billion shares are in play. The float. Whatever you want to call it. No real news --meaning real time public news, not tweetie boy news. You will most likely get a RS. Then go from there. The financials are very weak looking and the company is playing games. But its a penny stock... I'm watching, having costed out this stock months ago. Maybe in time it will show some truth. But for now, at the price shown-- its junk. Prove me wrong.
