I believe you are correct. If ATVI is not allowed the extra days after they loose in District Court they will file to the US Supreme Court and use the days as a reason for the appeal to the court. This is another lame duck attempt to prolong the inevitable.

The most enjoyable statement out of this entire case was the attorney for ATVI stating my client will loose billions in this case. Sit back and watch the show. Another modern day Goliath and company is about to be slain. It will begin with ATVI and the remainder will have no other choice but to comply.

Agreed, Keith. Sorry for letting my impatience get the better of me. I've been in since well before Bulgar and thought we were FINALLY going to get to trial...or, better yet, settlement. But, yes, in the larger picture, it's better that the court is protecting against appeal than saving us ANOTHER 58 days.

On another note,I've been thinking about how to value our patent assets in relation to their relevance to the products of the other players in the MMPORG space. Like many, I got in primarily on the strength of the litigation team and have never played an online game (ok, solitare) in my life. I do read tho, about tech evolution in the space and am wondering if we have any techies onboard (WDDD Yacht group pun intended) who might enlighten us on the future potential revenues given that

IF WDDD decides to appeal, as recommended by the judge BTW, the effective patent infringement date, and IF a win in that appeal results in tacking on the additional year to revenues going forward,it seems to me that we are in the veritable "cat-bird seat." Tho, I'm not sure...

Does tacking that revenue onto the future years serve us well? Better than nothing for sure, especially given that product sales have grown exponentially from those early years. But, if there has been some new tech, that isn't reliant on our patents as foundational, being implemented in the next gen MMORPG space, then we may not recognize multiples that would suggest.

Any thoughts appreciated.
