I agree. Honestly it might be better multiple companies form a JV to buy Amedica that way there is no major monopoly.

What they should have done is all signed LOI with Amedica in 2015 instead of bashing. Idiot move and seemingly in favor of Zimmer...who conveniently wins out from all this upon acquisition.
