And that's what I mean about this stuff...regardless of how he got them, if he dumps this stuff at a low price now that this thing is going to happen, I will too. And lose very little in the process.

Ok. We don't know if he actually paid for these shares out of his own pocket but they were purchased and purchased at .17 which is why the stock spiked on Friday. For an insider to dump at these prices would not be smart if they just bought 1M shares at .17. This will hit .30 soon...just buy and realize this is what will happen. Just a matter of when (next month)
