Some here are clearly making money on cents and stock is under a promotional campaign right now so PPS is up a bit more than it has been. Imo, best to buy this as low as you can because i was fresh back to trading in early 14 and forgot all about the OTC world and jumped in too high and then had to take much time to work my way out.
