That's probably because Swartz never registered the company's shares with SEC, IMO. If you can't see a quote using the ticker, call your broker to place a trade.

What's required is the submission of a SEC FORM 10. GENERAL FORM FOR REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES, and that involves a ton of work and a long approval process. But after SEC approval of a SEC form 10, the "Unsolicited Quotes Only" would go away, and also the company would meet one of the usual requirements a fund would have to provide funding to ADVT. I don't know why it's not registered. Maybe someone of the directors or a listed, major stakeholder has a criminal past they want to keep hidden, IMO.

Open a Etrade acc or TD acc there our more friendly to penny stock then the former share builder they don't do penny stock there not set up for that . Dont listen to the last answer he give u. Share builder is not the acc u want to use if u want to trade penny stock !!! Best of lucky !!!$$$ADVT
