The terms to borrow stink for these companies. Any pot company would love to self fund using profits. They just can not yet because the federal government is currently reaping a huge tax bonanza because of 280E. So the two groups who could help this industry, Feds and the users, already got what they want. If the MJ users do not get busy and call their congress reps over IRS rule 280E and banking provisions the federal government could well inadvertently kill the industry by 'death by taxation'.
