Here's the fundamental difference with ELED..they have oustanding judgements..a judgements is when a creditor lends you money in good faith and you refuse to repay or is unable to repay thus forcing the creditor to sue you in court...they have millions in debts they are not paying or have the ability to repay..notes that are payable upon demand..so ELED has literally left lenders, creditors empty handed and they are currently seeking more financing just to stay operational. So yes many companies have debts but it those who don't pay their debts we call dead beats. So if that's a company you want to invest/trade into just know what you are getting into.
