Yes, appears they feel the market cap of the company will be substantially higher after the release of the pre-clinicals - at a point that will sustain NASDAQ requirements without reverse splits.

I actually really liked that they came out and finally put an end to all those form 4's, now we know from the horses mouth, Mr Mann is accumulating for no other reason than because he believes in his own company, great to see confirmation!
