Thanks ? I was just giving a little wiggle room to when the form 4’s show up on here as I don’t know how to find them on the SEC site.
There have been a couple form 4’s that took a few days to show on here, like the one that shows on ihub on 6-12-17, but was from 6-6-17.
Can anybody see if any were filed with the SEC?
I agree with you that the trades aren’t showing that he has been buying ?:)
