These are not guesses, what was posted by me are facts. Proof posted. Folks need to move on from the SC and SF engine. A company that more or less stole patents to make profits from is kind of frowned upon in courts, smh.

But, legally both are part of MTVX unless there is an agreement in place.

Really? How so? Court case is over, all patents and trademarks have been returned to their original owners. Again, proof posted. Now, provide current proof that this is not correct. And not some outdated link to patentbuddy.
