Ksquared, it's great to see that you escaped the blackout. Looks like a long evening for a lot of folks. Impressive how orderly and calm the NYC walking procession seemed to be.
Good post, Ksquared. When I came in and saw what was happening up in the New York city and the Northeast, it made me think how glad I am to be living down here in the wide open spaces. I would go bonkers if I got stuck in an elevator. I don't know how all those people up there can work in those 70 and 80 story buildings. Especially after 911. I'd do like you, live in the Hills of New Jersey and only visit NY city. I'd find myself a ground based job with sky in every direction for as far as the human eye can see.
