It is a solid Company with great fundamentals. Absolutely astounding as to the flagrant "PPS manipulation" ongoing in a Stock this price. Usually this occurs in stocks of a much lesser price by using the HFT exchanges so they can rapidly manipulate many more shares for the .03 per share per trade rebate. Bottom line is a Stock this price has to be manipulated by big money accounts.
