Plus i'm sure it is a tax write off lol. Plus if you are confident in what you are building, wouldn't you buy into urself to see triple later on down the road.
It probably has something to do with shares though...thats why AS is 6 billion imo. Could still work out a good deal though if thats the case.
And that first PR was also about Naomi Village Resort and what great plans NSAV and CHIF had for it. Oops, but that PR came out almost TWO FULL MONTHS after the Summary Judgement in favor of the bank and against their asses at the time of that PR!! >( grrr....
But keep praising the guy. I won't.
